Today I want to chat about my Kindness journey. Recently, my morning Manifestations include kindness. In other words I am trying to incorporate small acts of kindness in my daily mindset.
WHAT WORKS FOR ME
- I made a concerted effort to start each day with a positive attitude. My other blogs outline my meditation, manifestation, and de-cluttering. This one focuses on my desire to bring positivity to my life. I am trying to do this by reaching out or thinking about the people in my life.
- First thing in the am, I take less than five minutes to think about the people in my life–my children, my husband, my family, my friends, or my colleagues.
- I reach out through text to at least one person per morning. I send a short message, or a simple image or meme. Just something to let them know that I am thinking about them.
