This week I added a small piece to my Morning Mindset Journey. I have already talked about
positive affirmations, manifestations, de-cluttering, and kindness. My newest addition to my morning
is letting go.
WHAT WORKS FOR ME
- I am a naturally early riser, so this Midlife Morning Mindset shift fits with my life perfectly.
- Admittedly, this week was a stressful time for me. In an effort to begin each day with a positive attitude I added a piece to my daily affirmations.
- I wrote down something I wanted to let go that day. For instance, yesterday I let go of guilt. Today, I let go of unfair expectations of myself.
- The physical writing down of these added to my feelings of positivity as I began my day.
